Hensler Residence
Our relationship with Deborah and Carl Hensler began in the year 2002 with an ambitious Kitchen Living room remodel. Built in the 1970's with pine and fir open beam cathedral ceilings and walls lined with redwood siding, this house had some good aesthetic details to work with. Enhancing the original design with Cherry Floors and Cabinets, Granite Counters, two sinks and new energy efficient appliances modernized the home into a fully functional interactive Kitchen Dining room and a spacious separate Living room.
In 2004 Deborah and Boa Constructor Building and Design redesigned the main bathroom. The outdated 1970's funky layout and inefficient fixtures were replaced with a more spacious floorplan with the help of reallocation of space from a closet. Natural stone slate shower, walls and floor with frameless showerglass, generous soaking tub, glass sink counter top and an added skylight for natural light and ventilation brought this bathroom into the modern era reflecting their new Kitchen Living room.
